  • What mode of payment do you accept?

    You may pay by several methods: We accept Paypal and other major credit card via Paypal server. You dont need to have a Paypal account, once you checkout your cart you will be redirected to Paypal secure server. From there you have an option to use credit cards (located in the bottom left hand of the Paypal page).

    This is a secure server with Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to protect your information and credit card numbers.We will soon provide our own online card payment, this is all part of our plans to serve our customers better.

    We are also accepting Smart Money, Gcash and direct deposit to our Banco de Oro Bank Account to our customers in the Philippines.

  • Can I make an order by phone?

    We encourage you to place your order online and email us if there is any problem.

  • How will I know that you receive my payment?

    You will receive an order confirmation receipt via email a day or two after placing your order. This confirmation will provide your order number and the total value of the items you purchased including the shipping.

  • What is your shipping policy?

    Canada: After we received your order and payment we will send you an email stating that we shipped your item. All orders are shipped with the next day or two upon receipt of payment confirmation or on the date you specify. We ship Monday to Fridays excluding holidays. Shipping rate will depend upon the area and weight of the items.

  • Sales Tax: Ontario residents are subject to 13%Tax and rest of Canada 5% GST.

    For International: There may also be addtional shipping charges associated with global shipping which you will be notified of. We normally shipped via Canada Post. Transit time would be 7-10 business days. There may delays due to customs.

    For customers in the Philippines, we will send your orders via XEND or Air 21. We will give you a tracking numbers and website on where you can check your order.

  • Is this makeup safe to use on all skin types

    Blusche Minerals consist of pure natural ingredients that will not irritate your skin or clog pores. We do not use bismuth oxychloride, another ingredient found in many other mineral makeup that can actually cause irritation and/or redness. Our natural minerals will actually conceal and can help heal or soothe common skin problems such as allegries, rosacea, sensitivity, acne. Our makeup will not settle into wrinkles like other brands, but instead disperse light and perfect for mature skin. It also acts as a moisturizer by retaining your skins natural moisture, suitable for dry skin. Mineral makeup also absorbs any excess oils your skin produces giving you shine free complexion. Your skin's health will actually improve over time with daily use. Blusche cosmetics is very light weight and silky, leaving you feeling as if you are not wearing any makeup at all, yet gives you maximum coverage all day long.

  • What are the ingredients found in your makeup?

    Our mineral makeup consists of titanium dioxide, iron oxide, zinc oxide, mica, sericite, ultramarine blue, magnesium stearate and kaolin clay. Zinc oxide - is known to calm the skin.
    Titanium dioxide - is mined from iron and protects skin from harmful ultraviolet rays.
    Mica - is mined from granite, these tiny light refractors can add a healthy glow to your skin.

    All of these ingredients are cosmetic grade and approved for use on face, eyes, lips and nails.

  • How long will each size last?

    Being as you only need a small amount for full coverage, you get a lot of usage out of each product. Generally, our 30 gram jars, which hold about 8 grams (3.5 teaspoon) of our powder lasts about 4-5 months with daily use. Our 20 gram jars hold about 5 grams (2 teaspoon) of our powder which last about 3-4 months of daily use. Our 10 gram jars hold about 3.5 grams (1.5 teaspoon) of powder which last about 2-3 months. Our 5 gram jars hold about 1 gram (1/2 teaspoon) of powder which last about a month. Please keep in mind, we don not package by weight, we fill the jars with sifter, sticker and shrink wrap to ensure you get clean and fresh product.

  • How can Blusche Minerals sell mineral makeup so inexpensive?

    Simple, because we manufacture our own products. We purchase our raw ingredients and mix everything in our makeup room. We have less overhead so cheaper cost to produce the product.

    We are 100% hands on in producing Blusche Minerals beauty products, so we can provide top quality makeup at an affordable prices to you.

All orders are shipped within the next day upon receipt of payment confirmation or on the date you specify. Shipping rate will depend upon the area and weight of the items. For International Shipping, we normally shipped via Canada Post. Transit time would be 7-10 business days with no custom delays.

    For our customers in the Philippines, we will send your orders via Air 21, or XEND. Whichever do you prefer. We will give you a tracking numbers and website on where you can check your orders.
